As the first national-level innovative offshore industrial incubation and international offshore R&D acceleration platform for achievement transformation established overseas by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and the National (Zhongguancun) Torch Institute of Science and Technology Innovation, the Torch Tech-Innovation Hong Kong Accelerator of the National (Zhongguancun) Torch Institute of Science and Technology Innovation (Hong Kong Branch) is committed to integrating Hong Kong's international resources and innovation advantages. It aims to promote the global transformation and incubation of major innovative technological achievements, build a highland for the integration of talents in the "four chains" (industry chain, innovation chain, talent chain, and capital chain), facilitate international exchanges and cooperation in elements such as technology, talents, capital, and information, accelerate the full-chain development from scientific research to technology development, achievement transformation, and innovation and entrepreneurship, and attract and cultivate high-level international sci-tech innovation talents and sci-tech innovation enterprises with international competitiveness.
