The Hong Kong Branch of the National Torch Academy of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (HKNTAIE) is the first international innovative offshore industrial incubation and international offshore R&D acceleration platform for achieving achievement transformation, established overseas by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and the National Torch Academy of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (NTAIE).

The Hong Kong Branch will serve as a hub for technological innovation and a bridge for international cooperation between Beijing and Hong Kong. Leveraging Hong Kong's global advantages and Beijing's strengths in scientific and technological resources, it will provide cutting-edge technological support for regional industrial development, offer innovative services for the incubation, cultivation, and growth of technology-based small and medium enterprises, and facilitate international exchanges and collaboration in technology, talent, capital, and information. This will accelerate the entire development chain from scientific research to technological development, achievement transformation, and innovation and entrepreneurship

Develop into a global sci-tech research talent network system: Attract the transformation and landing of international sci-tech research achievements, and establish two-way communication channels and important platforms for renowned experts and advanced technologies at home and abroad.

打造“人才培養-科技創新-成果轉化(孵化)”機制:與粵港澳高校開展培訓專案或學位制項目合作; 與港澳高校建立創新中心(聯合實驗室); 吸引一批京港澳及海外科學家創新交流,加强基礎研究合作,進一步推動京港澳融合發展、推動京港澳與世界前沿技術互聯共通、重大科技成果轉化落地。
Create a “talent cultivation - sci-tech innovation - achievement transformation (incubation)” mechanism: Conduct training programs or degree system project cooperation with universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao; Establish innovation centers (joint laboratories) with universities in Hong Kong and Macao; Attract a group of innovative exchanges among scientists from Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao and overseas, strengthen basic research cooperation, further promote the integrated development of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao, and drive the interconnection of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao with the world’s frontier technologies and the transformation and landing of major sci-tech achievements.
